UPDATED: Iced Out Nikon J1

Hey guys, remember the post I did back in August 2012 about me blinging out my camera? Well I finally finished it! It took like 5 months but I finally got off my lazy butt and finished the darn thing. & this is how it turned out. Impressed? I think so!

Guess what I'm gonna turn my baby Nikon into!? A effing disco ball! lol, I'm gonna bling the crap outta it.

I've spent $200 on Swarovski rhinestones so far lol I hope I don't need more than what I have.

My camera is gonna be so heavy in the end but I don't care, it's gonna be beautiful! I've only finished the lens cap so far but be patient!

Battery Drama

SO...I left my camera charger in Vegas. & you know what's the part that annoyed my the most? I double, no tripled check to see if I was missing anything. Lol I felt pretty darn good when I left Vegas. That is, until I need to charge my camera when I got back to Calgary. I wasn't panicking at the time because I thought to myself, I can just get another one easily.  I'll just go to a camera store and buy it. NO WHERE! & I literally mean NO WHERE sells a charger for the Nikon 1. Not even at Battery World. FML.So, I've been meaning to buy a new charger from ebay but, for some reason keep buying other stuff lol. Anyway, so much for never taking iphone pictures again for my blog. So, I do apologize in advance for any shitty picture quality. =)

My Nikon lens cap didn't have place to attach a string anywhere, so I bought this cap string thingy for $3. lol sorry for my terms. Anyways, I had some crystal beads laying around & I thought, hey! I'm gonna bling out my camera in the near future...why not make my lens cap string pretty too? &...

The Pink Camera

This is the camera that I have been dying over for the past year. It's part of the Nikon 1 series, and OMG! It's super adorable.

My previous digital camera is no longer functional. It has lived a good life ='( & I haven't had a camera for like 4 years now. I've been taking pictures with my Iphone 4, not that I am complaining...but sometimes...it just... doesn't focus or flash the way I want it to.

 Ever since I saw this pink camera at future shop and got a chance to play with it, I fell in love...deeply in love and it breaks my heart because I don't have it yet.

SOOOO...that said...my birthday it coming up lol. I said this before in my previous posts. *cough cough* I have a simple request to make. Friends and family, I want a VISA giftcard...because I dunno if I want to purchase the camera at Future Shop or Best Buy, so to be safe...just get me a gift card that I can use anywhere lol. Which would be a VISA giftcard. =)
